CHG’s mission is to promote and preserve weaving and other fiber-related arts through education, programs, and outreach to the community. They inspire creativity and enhance the skills of weavers in the Atlanta area through program meetings, classes for weavers of all skill levels, workshops, and exhibitions. 

EGA’s Dogwood Chapter is a vibrant community that celebrates and promotes the art of embroidery through workshops, exhibitions, and social events. They offer a supportive environment for stitchers of all skill levels to refine their techniques and share their passion for needlework.

ECQG is made up of more than 300 quilters who share their love of quilts – traditional and contemporary, pieced and applique, large and small. The guild provides speakers and workshops to inspire creativity and improve technical skills and presents Georgia Celebrates Quilts®, Georgia’s largest judged and juried quilt show. Bee groups, monthly meetings, and community service projects provide additional opportunities to develop friendships, enjoy fellowship, and contribute.

Fiber Art Fusion is a dynamic collective of fiber artists in the north Atlanta area dedicated to promoting fiber arts through exhibitions, workshops, and community events. Its members, skilled in disciplines like quilting, weaving, and mixed media, collaborate to inspire creativity, share their passion for fiber art, enrich the cultural landscape, and foster a vibrant artistic community.

The Georgia Sheep and Wool Growers Association is a not-for-profit network of sheep producers and supporters dedicated to promoting healthy sheep and successful shepherds. Based in Georgia, with members from neighboring states, the association offers educational sessions, networking opportunities, and resources to enhance the sheep and wool industry.

PHG is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and perpetuating the art of handspinning, promoting interest in spinning through education, and providing instruction and social life in spinning.

The Square Knot offers a quality selection of yarn, threads, tools, and inspiration for fiber artists and crafters of all levels. With a focus on community and creativity, The Square Knot is a welcoming space for materials, classes, and collaborations in the heart of McDonough, GA.

The Textile Appreciation Society of Atlanta is a group of collectors, educators, artists, and other individuals who enjoy learning about, sharing, and expanding their appreciation of the many vibrant cloth traditions throughout the world. The group is a vibrant forum for exchanging information about textile publications, travel opportunities, exhibitions, and other textile-related topics.

ASG Atlanta’s mission is to promote sewing activities in the Atlanta area. They welcome sewing enthusiasts of all skill levels and walks of life to join their monthly Neighborhood or Special Interest Group meetings, events, or retreats.
