Experiment with Reverse Dyeing

Who says removing color can’t be as thrilling as adding it? In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the art of reverse dyeing using bleach discharge. Through demonstrations and interactive work sessions, you’ll learn to create bold, unique designs by mastering techniques such as shibori (folding, pole wrapping, and clamp resist), brushing, spraying, and stamping. As the fabric transforms, spontaneous and creative patterns will emerge—each one a unique masterpiece!
Perfect for both beginners and experienced crafters, this class will leave you inspired and equipped to continue exploring reverse dyeing. You’ll take home stunning fabric samples and the confidence to apply these techniques to future projects, from clothing to home décor. It’s a playful and creative way to rethink fabric art while having a blast in the process!
