Discover the magic of two-color brioche knitting in the round! Brioche knitting creates a thick, plush, and reversible fabric using slipped stitches and yarnovers, making it perfect for cozy accessories. This hands-on workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of two-color brioche, a technique where you work with two different yarn colors to create striking patterns. Since we’ll be knitting in the round—a method where stitches are worked continuously in a loop—your project will be completely seamless.

By the end of class, you’ll have the confidence to tackle simple brioche designs, valuable tips for avoiding common mistakes, and the start of your very own brioche cowl.

What You’ll Learn:

  • The basics of two-color brioche knitting in the round
  • How to read and follow brioche patterns
  • Tips and tricks for troubleshooting and fixing mistakes

Your instructor, Jenn Lampen is a passionate knitter, instructor, and knitwear designer who publishes under Synaptic Stitches—a name inspired by her background in neuroscience and her love of innovative, brain-teasing knitting techniques.
